Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your OMA purchase!

If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you can return it within 30 days upon receiving your delivery for a refund. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the items are in their original condition with tags. All sale, consignment, and exhibition products are all final sale and cannot be returned.

If your package was delivered damaged, please contact the OMA Gift Shop immediately by emailing, sstrazis@omart.org, please include photos and details about the damage.

To initiate a return, contact the OMA Gift Shop with your order number, package details, and a reason as to why you are returning your order. After receiving approval for your return, you can ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Refunds of your item total will be processed within 3-8 business days based on the return of the package.­­­
